1. Aluminized steel sheet/coil‌

‌Surface Appearance‌

• Polished finish with visible needle-like features
• Maintains up to 80% reflectivity even at 400°C

‌Coating Composition‌

• 90% aluminum and 10% silicon
• Ternary alloy layer at steel-coating interface: 4-7 micrometers
• Binary aluminum-silicon alloy outer layer

‌Coating Process‌

• Continuous immersion in molten alloy bath (90% Al + 10% Si)

‌Corrosion Resistance‌

• Excellent protection in hydrocarbon and outdoor environments
• Effective at high temperatures (650-800°C)
• Forms stable aluminum oxide layer
• Outperforms galvanized coatings in recommended applications

• Hard ternary alloy layer reduces formability (affects R-value)
