Monel 500 Plate Description
Monel 500 is a high-strength nickel-copper alloy that contains approximately 65% nickel and 30% copper, along with small amounts of aluminum. This alloy is known for its excellent corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, particularly in high-temperature environments. Monel 500 offers enhanced strength and oxidation resistance compared to Monel 400. It exhibits good resistance to corrosion in marine environments, high temperatures, and a variety of chemical exposures.
