Galvanized Angle Steel Description

Hot-dip galvanizing is an effective method of metal anti-corrosion. By immersing the angle steel in molten zinc liquid, a thick zinc layer is attached to the surface of the angle steel. This can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the angle steel, extend its service life, and enable it to be used stably in various harsh environments. Hot-dip galvanized angle steel has many advantages, such as good corrosion resistance, strong mechanical strength, and relatively stable performance. It is widely used in building structures, power towers, communication towers, bridges, supports and other fields, and is an indispensable material in many engineering projects. As to the cold-dip galvanized angle steel, its cold galvanized coatings mainly perform anti-corrosion through electrochemical principles. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure full contact between the zinc powder and the steel to generate an electrode potential difference, so the surface treatment of the steel is very important.
